One of America’s biggest sports bar chains, with north of 80 restaurants in the United States alone, Yard House has been serving up delicious food and fantastic craft beer options since 1996.
Most of the Yard House menu (to the surprise of no one) is made up of “pub food” – not exactly the kind of food you’d expect to be gluten-free 99% of the time.
Well, be prepared for Yard House to blow you away!
Not only do they offer a wide range of minor modifications to some of their most popular dishes that make non-GF meals totally gluten-free, they also have a full-blown dedicated gluten-free menu customers can pick and choose from as well.
Not bad, right?
Yes, the Yard House Offers a Full-Blown GF Menu!
As we just mentioned a moment ago, Yard House does in fact have a full-blown gluten-free and gluten sensitive menu for customers to pick and choose from – a menu that offers a lot of the same fare from the “normal” menu, just with some minor gluten-free twists.
This menu is available upon request. All you have to do is ask the server to bring you a GF menu and they’ll swap your standard menu out right there on the spot.
There is something you need to know about the GF options from Yard House, though.
While the meal choices on the GF menu are in fact gluten-free, they are not made in a 100% gluten-free environment. These meal choices are going to be made right alongside dishes that have gluten in them, with absolutely zero guarantee that some cross-contamination isn’t going to occur.
Though this isn’t ideal, it’s a whole lot better than other restaurants that don’t have any GF menus (let alone the ability to swap out ingredients to make non-GF options as close to GF as possible).
Yard House is doing everything they can to accommodate customers with celiac disease or sensitivities to gluten.

Not bad, right?
Buttered jasmine rice, spicy rice, pinto beans, and the Parmesan mashed potatoes sides are all 100% free of gluten.
At the end of the day, you’re not going to have a tough time finding GF options when you go to the Yard House. Ask for the gluten-free menu and you’ll find all of the options we highlighted above as well as any new or seasonal options that they’ve recently included.
Yard House Even Offers a Bunch of GF and Vegan Choices
It isn’t unusual or uncommon for folks that want a gluten-free choice at the Yard House to also be interested in either vegetarian or vegan friendly meals that are gluten-free, too.
Yard House accommodates these customers with both vegan and vegetarian meal choices. The restaurant uses a lot of Beyond Meat products as well as vegetable swaps whenever possible, doing their level best to make sure your meal is vegan, vegetarian, and/or GF.
Once again, though, remember that the meals prepared at Yard House are all prepared in the same exact kitchen space on the same kitchen surfaces. There’s no way to guarantee that your gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan meal won’t pick up some “cross-contamination” in the process of being prepared.

Would be nice to see a cauliflower crust for the great pizzas. Especially for happy hour.
